• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

User Data

• User Identification: Upon using the app, each user is assigned a unique User ID (UID) and a default username (e.g., 'guest-8979'). The UID is unique to the device on which the app is installed and does not personally identify the individual.
• Geographical Data: The app records the current geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) of the user. This data is collected solely for the functionality of the service and is not used to personally identify the user.
• Device Information: We identify the type of device you are using (Android or iOS) to optimize our service according to the operating system.

No Personal Data Collection

Our app requires no authentication and does not collect any personal information such as name, email address, or IP address. Users have the option to change their default username, but this does not require the disclosure of personal information.

Use of Your Data

Your UID, username, and geographical coordinates are used to maintain the integrity of your use of the service and to provide location-specific functionalities. Device information helps us tailor the app experience to the specific requirements and characteristics of different operating systems.

Data Retention

We retain the UID, username, and geographical data only as long as necessary for the provision of our services. This data is anonymized and does not allow for personal identification.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect the data we collect. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

User Rights and Data Management

Your Rights to Control Your Data

To remove your data from our system, you can use the URL https://jamables.com/deleteuser.php?id=[userID], accessible through our app's Settings page. This URL allows you to delete the user record for your device stored in our system. Upon entering the correct UserID, if it matches our records, your user record (including UID, username, and geographical data) will be deleted. You will be notified with a confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted. After data deletion, you will be assigned a new default username on your next login, and any previous Favorites list will be removed.

Law Enforcement and Legal Compliance

Enforcement and Compliance

Our app does not collect any personal information such as names, email addresses, or IP addresses. Users are identified only through their unique User IDs and usernames, which do not personally identify them. Due to our non-collection of personal data, it is impossible for us to disclose information about a user identified by name to law enforcement or government agencies, as we do not possess such information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
